What To Expect Next -SPRING 2025

We are excited to have you join us and appreciate your support.

Over the course of this season, we will be sending you emails and texts containing important information. Due to this being a mass email system, please add us to your safe-senders list and frequently check your filters to confirm messages aren't directed to your junk mail, spam, or clutter.

Communication is key to ensure the success of the league experience for everyone. Included are answers to some common questions you may have. If you have any questions throughout the season, you can email us or call us.

Spring registration opens December 1st, and closes February 25th for Indiana and March 3rd for Kentucky. After the registration deadline, late registration is available, but based upon availability and is not guaranteed. Once registration is full we will build a waitlist and fill openings from the waitlist on a first come - first served basis. A $10.00 increase in registration will apply and you will be placed on any team that has openings in your grade division. Buddy requests are less likely to be met during late registration, so please don't wait until the last minute if your child is wanting to play with some of their friends!

December 1st: Registration Opens

February 23rd: Registration closes, the last day for a guaranteed spot on a team. Late registration begins. Limit space, based upon availability.

February 24th - March 31st: We will be forming teams, confirming coaches, creating schedules, and more during this time.

March 31st: All rosters and schedules will be posted.

April 2nd: Mandatory Virtual Coaches Meeting online, for all coaches and managers, all locations. Volunteers will receive a team shirt and a game ball before the season starts.

April 13th: Meet & Greet day and first practice! Time and location posted by under SCHEDULES / STANDINGS on the landing page. Teams will meet the coach, and participate in the first practice. Bring your mouth guard, jersey, and flags! (Subject to change based on Location)

April 20th: 1st Day of games. Practice is held 1 hour PRIOR to game time listed each week. Check your schedule under SCHEDULES / STANDINGS. Picture Days begin. Check your league location picture schedule under Schedules/Standings. (Subject to change based on Location)

June 8th: End of the regular season. Final Lombardi and Shula Games per posted schedule, Madden playoff & Championship game times June 2nd or June 9th. Last Picture Day today, check the picture schedule under Schedules/Standings. (Subject to change based on Location)

June 15th: Makeup date if necessary. (Subject to change based on Location)

April 20th and May 25th: No Games

EQUIPMENT:

*Jerseys, Flag Belts, and a mouth guard must be worn each week. Your jersey and flags, plus any additional merchandise you ordered during your registration, will be shipped directly to your home. Your player must have a mouthguard to participate. Bring your own, or conveniently purchase at the Game Day Tent for $5.

*Shorts or sweatpants without pockets should be worn for practice & games. If a participant wears shorts/pants with pockets, the pockets must be taped down to prohibit players' hands or fingers from getting caught when pulling flags.

*Participants can wear any type of plastic molded cleats, athletic shoes, or sneakers.

COMMON QUESTIONS:

WHEN WILL I HEAR FROM MY COACH? We are hosting our virtual coaches meeting TBD. You should hear from your coach no later than 48 hours after that meeting occurs.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EQUIPMENT? Once we complete putting teams together, we will ship the rosters to our inventory department which will begin to pack and ship out individual equipment to each player. You should expect your NFL FLAG jersey, flag belts, and any other equipment you may have purchased no later than your scheduled Meet & Greet. You must bring a mouthguard to every practice and game. They will be available at the field for $5 each week.
